Aze-Richy International Services Ltd was incorporated on June 8, 1988, under the Companies Act of 1968 (RC 113790) by Sir Richard Aze Ezo, following his distinguished 35-year career as a Wellhead Supervisor with Halliburton. After retirement, he established the company in Port Harcourt to provide specialized well intervention services. Within nine months of operations with SPDC, Aze-Richy became the first indigenous well intervention company in Nigeria, quickly earning recognition as a trusted name in the industry
Over the years, the company has expanded its presence with branch offices in Warri and Lagos, along with affiliate companies in Canada and India. Today, Aze-Richy delivers a broad range of services, including coiled tubing, well completion, pumping, and project development, maintaining its reputation as a dependable partner in oilfield solutions.
